Save on Stamp Duty when you buy your new Concert Living home

The Government has announced a Stamp Duty holiday in England which means major Stamp Duty savings for home buyers.

What is stamp duty?

Stamp Duty is the tax charged by the Government when you buy a home. Following the Government announcement, no Stamp Duty is payable on homes up to £500,000 in England from now until end March 2021.

What do the Stamp Duty changes mean for you?

When you buy a home up to the value of £500,000, up until 31 March 2021, you won’t need to pay any Stamp Duty tax. So now could be a great time to buy your new home, as it could save you thousands of pounds.

“From today until 31 March 2021, buyers will pay no Stamp Duty on the first £500k when they move home. Nearly 9 out of 10 people getting on or moving up the property ladder will now pay no Stamp Duty at all.” – HM Treasury.
