Experienced New Build Site Manager 

Required for an open market housing scheme, commencing October 2021, to:

• Manage sub-contractors,
• Safely plan and deliver the site to an agreed budget
• Maintain the high standards of quality that our customers expect.

Applicants must have:

• Recent relevant experience
• Current and in-date, CSCS, SMSTS, and 1^st Aid certificates as a minimum
