Concert Living completes on land deal for 21 new homes in Clitheroe

On 10 November, Concert Living, an SME housebuilder in the North West, completed on the purchase of four acres of farmland with the Strategic Land Group (SLG).

Reserved matters planning details, submitted by Smith Love Planning Consultants, were approved by Ribble Valley Borough Council in September 2020, and work will begin later this month to transform the site, creating 21 contemporary new homes.

The approved scheme comprises 21 three-, four- and five-bedroom family homes, including a number of bungalows and executive detached homes, set in the beautiful Ribble Valley countryside and adjacent to the picturesque Pendleton Brook.

The Clitheroe scheme will be the third confirmed development for the Lancashire-based housing developer Concert Living who are building a strong reputation for their quality traditional exterior and contemporary interior approach to design and acquisition of small, exclusive developments in desirable locations across North-West England.

SLG is one of the North’s most successful land promotion companies, currently working with a 17-site portfolio and actively promoting sites with the potential to deliver more than 3,000 new homes and with a gross GDV of circa £500million.
